Pinocchio!

Had an interesting shoot the other weekend with the wonderful Derby Theatre production Oddsocks, I shot Promotional photos for their winter production of Pinocchio!

A young actor called Ethan Lewis was to be our Pinocchio model for the day, and the talented Charlie Mackenzie Barrow did his wood themed make up, including a prosthetic nose for some of the shots, and we had Andy Barrow as Geppetto.

We had a lot of fun with the actors getting into character and creating warm looking shots for their posters of the show!

A Catch up!

So I’ve been very busy over the past month, with a few commercials, Headshots, portraits and so much editing, which has kept me very entertained!

I have an exciting short film coming up which I will be doing behind the scene photography on, and more commercials and headshot shoots to, I have a very exciting project in the pipeline which I’m looking to working on soon!

So to catch the blog up here’s some BTS and photos from some of my recent shoots!

I got to work with the wonderfully talented make up and hair artist Monica Montalvo, and Model Rosie, which was a very fun collaboration! The photos from this can be seen below and on the Studio portraits page.

Portraits for Wool and Water!

I was recently contacted by Wool and Water which is a custom Knitwear label from Amsterdam, they provide knitted bow ties and braces and the sorts for humans and animals alike, their products are beautiful and bespoke, you can see their website here www.woolandwater.nl

I was contacted to visit a play writer in London and photograph him in his home wearing his new bespoke, handmade woollen braces! This was a fun task and it was great to meet Rob Evans and capture portraits of him sporting his new outfit, and learning how he gains his creative workflow in his home!
